Wakefield Motor House Limited were great because excellent sevice
Happy with the vehicle but struggled with the customer experience. Vehicle inspection and test drive went well (although there was so little fuel in the vehicle that I was worried - using reserve fuel and I didn't know how recently the warning started). Delivery was a chore though - dealer promised delivery on 2 dates that were both missed, and didn't call to explain why for either. It took several calls to the dealer to get confirmation that the delivery would actually happen on the 3rd promised date, and a call back to confirm the vehicle had set off at the arranged time. The delivery driver was great though, called shortly before arriving to confirm I'd be ready and helped walk-around/verify the vehicle was not damaged since test-drive/purchase.

I would not recommend Wakefield Motor House Limited because i have told them about problems with the car and for 3 weeks all they have said is it will get done and part hasn’t arrived, sent me to a mechanic and i booked days off work, nothing got done.
